What is the relationship of Clean Innovation, AFSI and Impec Group?

Impec Group is the new name for our company, combining Clean Innovation and AFSI (Advanced Facilities Solutions) under a single identity. We chose our new name “Impec,” short for “impeccable,” to underscore the level of service and commitment we have with our customers.  All of our service agreements as Clean Innovation and AFSI will be changed to the Impec Group name. Ownership of Impec Group and its subsidiaries did not change in any way with the adoption of the flagship name of Impec Group.
