Ms. Caruso has extensive experience in project management and has managed and implemented numerous construction and relocation programs. This has included coordination of Architects, General Contractors, Audio Visual consultants, Furniture vendors and schedules and Security. In addition, Ms. Caruso has managed the relocation of computer systems, phone systems, furniture and people.  Through her excellent organizational skills and systems background, she combines the extensive detail associated with a business buildout and move and trims it down to a manageable project.

Prior to joining IMPEC Group, Ms Caruso was President of Relocation Connections, Inc. During the 30 years Reloconnect was in business, Ms. Caruso grew the company from a small provider of move coordination services to one of the leading full-service Project Management consulting firms in the Bay Area, with services ranging from construction management to post-move asset disposal, lease administration and space management.  Her passionate commitment to outstanding customer service has remained a core focus of the company.

Prior to starting Relocation Connections, Inc. in 1989, Ms. Caruso spent six years as the Director of Corporate Automation and Administration for a major financial services company.  In this role, she developed and implemented the company's strategic direction for office technology and telecommunications and through a staff of 50 professionals managed the corporate facility.  Prior to working in financial services, Ms. Caruso spent ten years in law firms as a litigation support and legal technology specialist.

Ms. Caruso has received several East Bay Business Times awards including Fastest Growing Private Companies, Women in Leadership, and Largest Woman-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area.  Ms. Caruso has a degree in Psychology and Education from Loyola-Marymount University and is a member of the Northern California chapter of CORENET and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
