Impec offers clients a complete suite of specialty facility maintenance services in the life sciences/biopharma/biotech, high tech/clean tech and government and academic sectors. cGMP Sanitation and Facility Maintenance

Every Impec employee assigned to a life science/biopharma/biotech customer’s site to perform sanitation or facility services work receives in-house training on:

• cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
• GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
• contamination and microorganisms
• Quality Management Systems

In addition to in-house training, Impec maintains records for all outside training attended by each employee, including client-provided training.

ESD Control

Impec knows the importance of ESD control and ensures full compliance with established protocols and procedures when our employees perform floor care or related work in an ESD-sensitive space.

Impec offers its clients a customized ESD-control program fully compliant with prevailing ESD standards. Programs can include grounding, testing, ESD floor care treatments and regular maintenance.

Clean Room and Data Center Maintenance

Impec ensures that all employees follow rigid clean room and data center maintenance standards, from gowning to the proper use of equipment, tools, supplies and cleaning processes. We recognize that deviation from protocols and procedures can ruin products—even our customer’s reputation—with costly consequences. Impec can clean and conduct the facility maintenance of data centers and any class of clean room.

Calibration and Repair

Impec’s clients have the unique opportunity to integrate calibration and repair requirements into their facility maintenance programs.

Impec offers a wide range of dimensional and electronic capabilities in an environmentally controlled laboratory. All calibrations come with NIST Certificates of Calibration. We also offer equipment validation, pipette calibration and 17025 accredited flow calibrations that cover laminar flow meters, rotometers and thermal mass flow meters.

Impec’s field technicians are fully equipped to perform field calibration on equipment for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and high tech/clean tech industries. We provide clients with electronic calibration certificates within 48 hours. Technicians are available for full-time or part-time onsite assignments.

Impec offers FDA audit support with pre-audit review of customer calibration program and supporting documentation.

Construction Clean Up

As a member in good standing of AGC and the laborers union, Impec has an outstanding track record of successfully completing high-quality pre-occupancy clean-up work for top general contractors that is safe, on time, cost-effective and fully compliant with prevailing wage requirements.

Graffiti Abatement

Impec’s experience with removing graffiti in challenging environments like the City of San Francisco and all Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations sets it apart from its competition. Impec regards graffiti abatement not only as a cleaning issue but also a safety and security issue. Our experienced technicians are well equipped to handle the seemingly most impervious graffiti markings.
