Our Services to Navigate Your Return to Work
Creating a Workplace for Health, Safety & Wellbeing
3D Floorplan made in Saltmine showing 6' rings to promote physical distancing
In the past few months, the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted the work and lives of many, with much of the workforce newly furloughed or working remotely. As facility managers and employers plan for the "Return to Work" and "Return to Office" of their employees, there are many key factors to keep in mind to ensure a safe and healthy workplace re-entry process.
We're ready to support you in any and all employee and facility management needs to create a safe "Return to Work" process.
Phase 1: Assess
Our workplace strategy experts start with understanding your needs, and creating an end-to-end strategy to implement your workplace re-entry. This can include:
Creating a timetable and a step-by-step "Return to Work" process based on your company priorities
Creating flexible work and sick leave policies
Delivering employee wellness programs
Evaluating strategies to mitigate impact of space re-design on occupancy and work
Evaluating aspects of work culture and food programs
Phase 2: Engage & Prepare the Workplace
Creating and Implementing a New Workplace Layout
Our CAD/CAFM experts will evaluate your current space with 6' social distancing rings to measure density and create a new space layout in CAD based on business priorities. We can also manage the entire move process of work stations, furniture and larger scale architectural changes.
Sanitizing the Workplace, Initially and Regularly
Our well-trained response team and EPA chemistries can help you eliminate 99.9% of all viruses in the facilities. We can also provide face masks and sanitization products for employees.
Evaluating and Improving Air Quality
Our alliance partners at Western Allied are prepared to review your HVAC systems to provide better ventilation, increase outdoor air flow, and potentially reduce risk of airborne disease transmission in the future.
Phase 3: Execute
When executing the "First Day of Business" in your "Return to Work" plan, we can work with you to hire and train essential staff to coordinate the re-entry process. This includes hiring nurses and "safety hall monitors" to address any safety issues and ensure employees are following proper social distancing protocols.
These staff can also help distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) and coordinate re-entry protocols when welcoming employees.
As part of the final phase, we will also walk you though executable checklists to ensure everything is in place for a safe and coordinated "First Day of Business."
