PROJECT AND MOVE MANAGEMENT
The Impec Group Project Management division’s mission is to build great tenant improvements for our clients. From Budget and Scheduling to Construction Management and Space Planning, we streamline the process so they are ready for us to fit them out with Furniture and Technology and move them in. As Project Managers, we oversee the entire project, managing all of the moving parts of an Office Build and Relocation, as well as supervising the many details through completion—on time and within budget.
