Ray’s role as the Director of Workplace Technology Advisory will involve helping clients drive positive employee experiences by delivering effective workplace solutions and CRE Technology. The approach is based on a foundation of listening and collaborating with clients to fully understand each need, provide solutions swiftly, and establish successful partnerships.
Over the past 35 years, Ray Lepine has held various roles in the field of Corporate Facility and Project Management, including Banking, Retail, and Utilities Industries. He received a B.S. degree in Construction Management from LSU and holds a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation from IFMA.
Before Impec Group, he was the Account Director of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Channel Accounts for Accruent and served as the Account Director for Cushman & Wakefield. His past job titles include Project Manager, Facility Manager, Maintenance Director, and Construction Cost Estimator. This diverse experience has afforded him the unique ability of having substantial knowledge in both technical and managerial aspects of the IFM business.
